"Called and spoke with this woman, Diana Y Ramirez, who claims to be an all know person…because she worked there for 20+ years…. I was kind and explained everything… she got rude and absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service!!!!!!
As much as I love State Farm… hanging up on someone because you’re flustered doesn’t fall in line with State Farm conduct.
State Farm is big in being a remarkable employees.
As soon as I questioned her knowledge she got super nasty.
I came to State Farm for a quote… I have a business, about to purchase an RV, 3 homes projects I would love to protect along with a workman’s comp policy for my employees…. I also used to work for State Farm farm which is why I called because I thought I loved this company… but based on my experience I’ll check mark them as no one I’ll ever refer nor do business with…
It goes without saying we will stick with USAA and any other company

Sadly, my vehicle was hit in a parking lot and no note was left. I called John's office and Maria helped me with my claim. It was all taken care of in less than 10 minutes, including an appointment with the body shop and a reservation for a rental car. Maria just took care of it all and made the process for me so very simple. John Ford and his staff make the insurance process so easy. Thank you!"
