I recently had an unfortunate water issue in my home with some subsequent damage. I needed help from State Farm and in all ways they assisted me in figuring out my issues, my options, getting help, reviewing estimates and getting a project together to fix the damages. We worked diligently with each other and in a very professional and compassionate way they were able to assist us in our claim and obtaining the appropriate coverage. We are happy we are with State Farm.

Maria Quiroz-Villalobos has handled my insurance with John Ford's office since 2018. My nickname is Magic as I am a retired magician and I go by that name everywhere. Even if it is a long time since I have contact Maria she remember "Magic". She provides and the office great customer service, in fact recently called to confirm I did something on my account online and didn't take for granted that I had done that. Love my State Farm Agent staff everything about them.....very efficient

Great experience with John Ford State Farm. The entire team is incredibly professional and helpful and Maria makes everything stress free. She always makes sure everything is clear and taken care of. We've had to file claims for our car and recently for the LA fires and Maria and everyone at State Farms were so fast, responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Been a member a little over a year now ever since I had to switch insurance companies since my other was too high , was doing research to see what other companies rates were and State Farm came up first and it happen to be the John Ford location. From the first time I’ve ever called to walking into the location first time I have always received etiquette service over the phone and in person.
