John is very prompt, nice, accurate, interested, very funny, and gives quick, trustful service. He explains things so that I can understand. I would recommend him to anybody. His staff are always helpful and friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with water and ice cream cones. It is always fun to go to his office.
